Relaunched dormant social media for Centreville Bank. In less than a year and by Q2 2023, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn were up 3.7M total impressions and had almost 50K total engagements.
Created nationally recognized organic and paid social media program for Rhode Island Medical Imaging with long-term above-industry average performance across all social platforms. Over 5 million impressions in 2021.
REBRANDING:
Launched brand refresh for Centreville Bank with a new logo, icon and tagline -- Progress on Purpose. Comprehensive campaign included TV, radio, social, collateral, signage and more. See the TV spot here.
Brought RIMI "to life" featuring the "human" side of the health care team, operations and the life-saving impact the company has for its patients. Spotlighted heart of RIMI: radiologists, technologists and staff.

TRAINING FOR MEDIA INTERVIEWS AND CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS:
Conducted national media and crisis communication training as well as lectured on my social media successes for AASHTO and state Departments of Transportation (DOT) executives and support staff in Hawaii, Missouri and New York.
Lectured on being a master of disaster communications in Iowa and held executive media training in Michigan.

Bryant University Adjunct Professor who has been teaching undergraduate and graduate Public Relations courses for more than two decades. Honors thesis, directed study and internship advisor.
